First, we will find any active and unshipped orders in TikTok Shop and create them in your order management system (OMS). We will then pull any active products in TikTok Shop and verify they exist in your OMS by comparing SKUs. If the TikTok Shop product does not exist in your OMS, we will create it.
Before we create the TikTok Shop order in your OMS, we verify the product exists by checking its SKU or part number. If verified that it exists, we link the order to that existing product. If it does not currently exist, we create a new product in your OMS.
Yes. We check inventory levels in your OMS every 30 minutes to track any changes. If changes are found, we update those products in TikTok accordingly.
Once an order status is changed in TikTok Shop, we sync this change into your OMS, marking the order as shipped or canceled accordingly.
